A Wonderful Business Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada during a business trip organized by my director, and I must say, it was an excellent choice. The spacious room offered stunning views over the Richmond River, making it a good atmosphere to unwind after long days. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunset painting the sky in vibrant colors while relaxing on my private balcony. The location is ideal—not only did I have the opportunity to explore Ballina, but I also appreciated the convenience of easy access to local restaurants and shops. The complimentary fitness center with its picturesque river views was another highlight; it made keeping up with my workout routine a breeze. With the added benefit of an outdoor swimming pool, I found myself rejuvenated by the overall experience.

Minor issue with spa size.

Our favourite place to stay in Ballina. Clean room and good size bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and carpet. What a restful stay, nothing to complain about.

A little rude staff!

It's a luxury place with amicable staff and new-fashioned rooms. All in all they offer efficient service. The location is very central. There is a particularly good in-house restaurant.

What a great stay! The location right on the river was fine, and the room had everything we needed, making it so easy to whip up a meal. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Plus, the comfy bed ensured we slept like babies!

the pool cabanas could use a little upkeep since they had water pooling on the cushions. though, it was a lovely weekend getaway!

Its location and setting besides the river in a quiet part of town. Comfortable room and hotel has good facilities.

Brilliant pool, parking onsite. The rooms with the bedroom, spa bath. Fantastic food, well priced. Easy check-in and late check-out, pleasant staff. Great location to Saunders Oval...

Really bad views.

The room was well-equipped and had a lovely view of the water. I particularly appreciated the soundproofing, as it effectively blocked out noise from nearby events. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes, parks, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. I also liked the outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing by the river.

The Ramada offered a little luxury. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Arrived from a cold place and asked for a room with a little sunshine, was given room with no sunshine. When we booked the room on Booking .com we booked a Double room with Jacuzzi, our room did not have a jacuzzi.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, Means in the Hotel were very good quality and good value.

Woke up at midnight to a relentless alarm ringing every five minutes! Tried to fix it, but ended up disconnecting it. Just when I thought I could sleep again, I was wide awake, super frustrating!

Value for money.The hotel was a nice surprise, it turned out to be better than expected!

we had a lovely stay at the ramada. the rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled freshly cleaned upon our arrival. the location was ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants. we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and appreciated the helpful staff. the atmosphere was pleasant, and the view from our room over the river was stunning. breakfast options nearby were also great.

Noisy access area, uncomfortable bed, and stained doona.

I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money, thanks to a comfortable room and friendly staff. The waterfront location was perfect, and I loved watching dolphins right from my room!

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety.

We had room 515 - and the view over the sweet little boat harbour was devine!

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff.

Not enough covered parking. All the parking was full when we returned from an event that evening and we had to park on the street.
